AuthorI’ll preface this with – no, I’m not kidding. Currently, I’m looking at the remainder of the year to try to figure out what’s going on in our industry, what’s trending, what’s the next big thing, and, ultimately, how can we all sell more, because without you, there’s no us. The following is a list of my top 10 industry observations . . .

AuthorSo, we finally got a day!!! Can you believe it? The trade show and event industry has made it’s mark and we can now celebrate around the world on June 8th 2016 for the first ever Global Exhibitions Day!!!

When I first learned of this day dedicated to our industry, I was excited and proud, it’s about time an industry, which dates as far back as 9th century merchant capitalism, had a day to call its own. Read more…

AuthorWho came up with the 5 day work week?!?!
Much less the 40 hour work week!
We all know doesn’t really exist, it’s more like 50-70 hours depending on the time of year, maybe more.

Did I mention, we can’t disconnect . . . Smartphones, geez!  But, it’s what we all do and we’re pretty damn good at it!

However, with Labor Day upon us . . . I hope you’re doing one of the following things . . . You work hard and you deserve it! Read more…
