Exhibitor Booth Design Contest Winner
Since 2011 Optima has held the “Ultimate Exhibit Design Challenge”. The Design Challenge is for exhibit design students from Bemidji State University. Students send in entries of designs for Optima’s booth. The winning design is used for the display at the yearly Exhibitor show.
This year’s winner is Breanne Allen. Read below to learn about Breanne, her design process and to see her work.
Thanks to all who have contributed. We hope the experience of this challenge helps all the young designers in their future design endeavors.

Minnesota is where I call home, I moved to Bemidji, MN in 2000 from San Antonio, Texas. I have always been a creative, I could make a picture out of anything around me and see the beauty of what can be created, with just simply an idea. Now as a growing professional in the design industry I have found my calling. I thoroughly enjoy all of the arts and what they have to offer the world. I would like to push myself to become a creative director or senior designer in the United States or abroad.
The concept for this booth was to create an illusion; a eye popping display that would stand out at this years 2014 Exhibitor Show (scroll down for images). I was really inspired by my doodles and creative sketching. I wanted to capture motion throughout the graphics around the booth. The layouts main focus will literally highlight the quality of the printed materials and will create the best constructed traffic flow for your specific needs.
