What is a team?
It’s the work being done by people who work together toward a common goal.

What kind of teams are there?
Search & rescue, sports teams, work teams, space teams, military teams, and writing teams. The list goes on.

What is the advantage of a team?

Get the job done quicker, build better morale, obtain more ideas, and offer additional resources. The list goes on.

You now have your very own Optima Service team to support your business. Your Service team includes four unique individuals with different skill sets and responsibilities to better service you.

Let’s explain:

ImageExternal Rep – This is your primary contact. This person will help with orders in regard to project management, estimation, proofs, scheduling, and any other request or needs you may have.

Back up External Rep – This person has the same skill and training as your primary contact. They will be available for you when your External is on vacation or out of the office. Also feel free to tap into them if you need immediate assistance and can’t reach your External.

Internal Rep – This person will work alongside the External. Their primary responsibility is to enter your order into our database and move the project into production as quickly as possible while ensuring accuracy.

Tech Support – Your tech support rep is responsible for pre-flighting your artwork, spotting any potential issues. They will contact you directly if there is a concern or question. Please feel free to use your tech support rep as a resource for any artwork issues. They can help with questions, setting up artwork and any other artwork- related question. They can also help you by working directly with your designers to speed up artwork preparation.

If you would like an organizational chart showing the team members that are ready to work with you just let me know. Here’s to a successful 2014.
