Holy Technology!!!

All I can say about Exhibitor is holy technology!!! This year Optima had several things going on in our booth, but the release of our inTouch interactive product stole the show! This interactive multi-touch technology enables the exhibitor to capture attendee information via badge scanning or manual entry, which initiates session tracking, allows you to email literature instantly, and will provide the backend analytics we’re all looking for at the end of the show to illustrate our ROI. There’s much more this technology can do, but these are the highlights.
So . . . what are you doing with technology? If you’re not doing anything yet, I strongly encourage you to get started regardless of how foreign it may be. If you’re hesitant, I understand. When we first announced internally that we were going to be offering an interactive product, I was really excited, but also a little scared. I thought to myself “How in the (insert expletive here) are we going to do this?” Image As it turns out, in true Optima fashion, we’ve rolled out a product that’s turnkey. You feed the content to us and we produce a complete package for you, similar to how we handle your portable needs, custom structures, and graphics. We embrace the chaos behind the scenes, so you don’t have to.
Whether we like it or not, technology is not going anywhere. Be an early adopter of technology so you remain relevant to your clients.
Maybe you were you unable to attend Exhibitor. If so, I’ll be hosting a road show in the NY area to demo our inTouch product April 16th, 17th, 18th. I’m currently scheduling appointments, please contact me for more details.

Gina — You are so on the mark. Technology was the star this year at EXHIBITOR with solutions for a range of budgets. inTouch is worth a look for any distributor looking for an interactive solution for their clients. –Mel

Takes, maybe, 1min to add client info on an IPad ur presentation is ok for a
captive prospect…..tough to come by at a show…still trying to figure out how
your presentation would work at a show, but…keep up UR good work….as
far as the text presentation….well, good luck!

We were very impressed with the technology and hoping to incorporate it in to a design we are currently working on. It definitely seemed to be the hot new item at the show.
