Change Change Change

gary
Exciting news is that OptimaGFX website is not only changing, it’s completely new! Friday morning you will see our new site. Same location, same Optima Graphics, brand new site! Our goal was to create a more intuitive online experience for our customers. For some the simple addition of a search feature will be all they need to hear!

Once you familiarize yourself with the site, you will find it is a vast improvement. Change is not always smooth and seamless so we expect that improvements and corrections are in our future. Thanks for any feedback you might provide.

One big change will be the creation of individual passwords. The price book along with other user specific benefits will be locked out to non-customers. Other benefits include saving your favorites, seeing your in house and shipped orders.

We want to make logging into our new site as easy as we can so the good news is that if you are an existing customer of Optima Graphics, we have whitelisted your email contact in our system. Simply go to the product and pricing button and when the log in page comes enter your email and click on forgot password. It’s easy from there…

So things change and typically for the better.

The new site still has some polishing and will take some time to be fully loaded with all things Optima, we hope you find it an improvement. Let me know what could be better, what you would like to see and what needs to change again!
